The delivery of items purchased online from U Star Novels is quick, efficient and direct to the address of your choice.
Sometimes during peak periods, ie. Christmas and Valentine's Day, there can be a delay in processing and delivering your order, for this reason at these times we always recommend that you order your personalised novels as soon as possible.
Orders made after the specified Christmas deadlines may experience some delays in shipment as our printers in the UK are closed until the new year.
There are four options available for delivery of your order in the UK:
UK Courier Delivery (Does Not Use Royal Mail)
Has been set up to avoid problems with Royal Mail. When choosing this option you must ensure that the delivery address has someone available to sign for your order.
UK Courier Delivery is available for £4.95 per order. When selecting this option your novel will be dispatched using DPD or DHL courier service. Your order will still go through the standard printing service. If you need your order in a hurry please use our Fast Track Service.
UK First Class Delivery
UK First Class Delivery is available for £2.20 per order. When selecting this option your novel will be dispatched using Royal Mail's First Class service.
Purchases should arrive within 7-10 working days from time of ordering. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Frequently Asked Questions
Valentine's Day Delivery
Deliveries for Valentine's Day can be made right up until the 14th February, please ensure that the delivery address can be accessed at all times.
We will try to get your novel to you in time for the 14th February. This can be subject to delay if weather conditions effect deliveries either from collection or delivery.
Do you ship outside the UK?

For European orders for Valentine's Day. Please allow plenty of time for delivery. Delivery times given are based on UK deliveries only.
How long can I expect to wait before I receive my book?
Each book is custom made to your specification and generally takes 7 working days to produce, sometimes sooner.
Please bear in mind that these are just guidelines, and in busier times, your order may take longer to process, but we will advise you by email if your order will take any longer than 7 working days to arrive.
What if I need my novel immediately?

- We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
- If your novel is not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
- Please order from U Star Novels with enough time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as U Star Novels cannot be responsible for this.
